Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Sea Point, Cape Town. Just a 5-minute stroll from the famous Sea Point Promenade and under 4km to the vibrant V&A Waterfront, this modern, contemporary apartment offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and local charm.
I offer a large comfortable sofa (sleeping area is 180cm) in the lounge area with access to a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen. There's also a large balcony — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, a relaxed afternoon, or sunset glass of wine.
