Modern Private Room in Sea Point – Steps from the Promenade

Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Sea Point, Cape Town. Just a five-minute stroll from the Sea Point Promenade and under 4 km from the V&A Waterfront, our contemporary apartment offers a comfortable base for exploring the city.

You’ll have a private bedroom with a queen bed, with access to a shared bathroom, equipped kitchen and lounge. There’s also a large balcony—perfect for morning coffee, a relaxed afternoon or a sunset glass of wine.

About our home

My friend and I are your two male hosts, and we both live here. This is a private-room stay in our shared one-bedroom apartment.

During your stay, the bedroom is yours, while we sleep in the lounge. Your bedroom has a door that closes. The lounge is available during the day and becomes our private sleeping area at night.

The bathroom is shared with us and has a shower over the bath, rather than a standalone shower.
