Private room in newly renovated 2-bedroom flat at the heart of Cape Town's gay capital Sea Point. Stunning views from the Atlantic Seaboard's tallest luxury building. Overlooking the beach, ocean, Signal Hill, Lion's Head, Table Mountain, and the famous Sea Point Promenade. 24-hour concierge. Uncapped Fiber Internet. Fully equipped and fully furnished. Next to Cape Town's best bars, restaurants, shops, Mojo Market, food stalls, and world-famous outdoor Olympic-sized swimming pool. MyCiti public bus stops on both sides. Easy to Uber or Bolt.

Guest(s) will get key with electronic tag. 24-hour access via concierge. Very safe building.

I will be in the other room unless I'm traveling for work. If you need any advice, please don't hesitate to ask!

Note: I list "pool" as an amenity. There is not a pool in the building, but there are four public pools, including a 50-meter lap pool, directly across the street for 33 ZAR (~ $2) entry fee. I use it several times a week.

Nearby Attractions

Sea Point is Cape Town's best neighborhood. My building is 10 meters away from trendy Mojo Market with its own bars and more than 20 food and craft stalls. You're a 1-minute walk to the original Bootlegger café/bar, along with dozens of the city's best cafés, restaurants and shops to meet any taste or price range. You're also a 1-minute walk to the beach and four beautiful outdoor swimming pools. If you're active like me, you'll enjoy running to Clifton Beaches/Camp's Bay, hiking up Lion's Head, biking and rollerblading along the Promenade, outdoor yoga next to the beach and doing laps in the 50-meter pool. It's hard not to keep busy with so many options right at your doorstep. There's a free outdoor gym on the promenade about a 15-min walk away.

MyCiti bus stops are just outside the building, public vans ("taxis") stop regularly on Main Road, and Uber/Bolt are extremely cheap by UK/US standards.

Brian is a top host, super chilled, relaxed, helpful and ever so friendly. I had the impression after a few days that we had been friends for years. Always willing to help, and great discussions. The apartment itself is so well located, and the views are unmatched. I can only recommend.

My stay at Brian's was wonderful! He's not lying when he says stunning views - I spent a lot of time just staring out the window at the scenery and waves coming in. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and Brian was so welcoming and gracious to make sure I felt at home in the shared space. Brian also offered some great recommendations and was nice to chat with overall! The location is ideal - directly across from the ocean, and a few minute walks from Saunders beach, mojo market, and otherwise great food options

Brian is an amazing host! From the moment you arrive, he truly make you feel welcome. The views from his flat are incredible!!!! The Red Bus stops less than 2 blocks away (stop #10), and I highly recommend taking advantage of the Red Bus. The flat is spotless, the bed in comfortable and the shower has fantastic pressure.

Brian's apartment is beautiful and he is super friendly, welcoming and easy going. I really enjoyed my stay in sea point. One thing to note is that brian works from home in the living room, so if you're looking for somewhere to hang out in this might not be for you.

We had the best start for our South Africa trip at Brian's! Not only was the flat / room even better than on the pictures, Brian was a fantastic host, gave good tips and helped us to "arrive" in Cape Town!
