Blake is a great host! Thoughtful and kind he gave me precious advised about Cape Town's safety and amenities. The location is great, walking distance from the waterfront and gay pubs. The room was spot on, clean and comfortable and the use of a common kitchen was ideal for a quick breakfast. I highly recommend this ********.

Blake was a wonderful host. He was in constant communication from the moment I booked the room. The guesthouse is in a perfect location. Close enough to walk to restaurants, the waterfront and the gay neighborhood. The place is not super modern but it definitely provided everything I needed during my stay.

Blake, the host, is a sweet gentle man and very accommodating. The private ensuite room included a fridge and had all a traveler would need. Excellent location! Just a block from excellent coffee, restaurants, shopping, water front and museums. The location alone makes this a great value. Not fancy furniture, but comfortable bed, clean and in good order. One has all they will need here. Including secure off-street car parking.

Perfect host, very attentive to the well-being of guests and extremely courteous. A helpful man. The apartment is perfectly located. Safe area and very close to the Gay-Center. Separate entrance and beautiful. Would definitely book again and go to Brick. Thank you so much 😊

Such a nice place to stay in Cape Town! Originally, I planned to drive eastward along the Garden Route, but then I extended my stay at Brick's from day to day. Cape Town has so much to offer: mountains, beaches, culture and sub-culture, and all in one city. And a perfect place to explore it all is Brick's Guesthouse, in walking distance from the gay scene, and close enough to reach the tourist buses on V&A Waterfront if you want to be a tourist, and nothing but a tourist ... Thanks a lot, Brick!

Excellent location, very near all gay scenes and tourist attractions (V&A Waterfront). Brick tried his best to cater to all of his guests. I got some special perks from him too. Overall very satisfied. 👍

Brick was so lovely and accommodating. His response time is excellent, and he took a genuine interest in my Cape Town experience. The guesthouse is in a fantastic location and the facilities were of a high standard. I would definitely stay here again.

Brick is a great host! Very dedicated and attentive person. He is always keen to help and takes care to ensure his guests have the best possible experience. Personally he is a very warm and easy to connect to. If I revisit the city, his guesthouse is definitively a place to stay again - great location, security and privacy is assured!
