Private Queen Room in Stylish Flat with Ocean Views & Shared Space

These are bold statements - ‘beautifully decorated’ & ‘stunning ocean views from every room’ ! And I can now confirm that they’re 100% true ! This really is a first class listing across the piece - location, contemporary style, comfort...all from a Host who appreciates what it is to be a traveller looking for a relaxed vibe and the warmest of welcomes. Just up from the Seapoint action with its super array of retail outlets, bars & restaurants, you look from one window and there, out in front of you is Robben Island. From another, it seems that you could reach out and touch the descending paragliders who’ve moments earlier, taken off from Signal Hill ; the imposing Lions Head is ‘just there’. Literally stunning ! And opening the bedroom window in the morning was notable for the immediacy of the salt air flowing in. The Park Lane building on High Level Road is a safe and secure site and the apartment sits behind its gates ; on-street parking is easy. Jeff purchased and renovated his home in recent years and the standard of finish is of the highest order. My room was super comfortable and the apartment generally flows extremely well and the kit out just works ! Jeff is a thoroughly likeable New Jersey guy. He’s successful and go-getting but alongside ambition & drive, there’s an authenticity and generosity at play. He cares. And in clicking, we had some greatly stimulating and insightful conversation over a tasty Thai dinner and a few glasses of ‘the best of Babylonstoren vineyard offerings’ ! A strong recommendation.

I had a wonderful stay at Jeff's apartment. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views and an unbeatable location, just a short walk from some of Cape Town's best restaurants, coffee spots, and beaches. Jeff was a fantastic host who made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I already miss Maccy, his adorable and friendly dog!

Charming, modern, newly designed apartment with a cosy atmosphere, pretty central to the vibey areas of sea point and green point and a short walk down the hill to the promenade. A wonderful spacious room with lots of natural light and sun. Very comfortable setup. A host who was very flexible with my shifting dates and communicated always on time & Friendly and very welcoming into the apartment. And the cutest dachshund dog, was always their to greet you upon entry too. In a street that has access to some street parking which is a bonus. No elevator though if you have issues with stairs.
