Modesto House

Preston's place and pool were perfect! My hubby and I enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean, and we had everything we needed. The two doggos were very friendly, and we enjoyed swimming in the pool. The Level 2 EV charger was especially helpful. It was a game changer for our trip with the EV! Thanks for a great stay!

Quiet peaceful wonderful stay with Preston, a delightful host. Everything was well done and he does a great job making the stay pleasant and easy. Enjoyed the pristine and very private pool greatly and his two loving dogs kept me company all afternoon. And the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. It is a nice place of peaceful zen in the busy Dallas area. I highly recommend Modesto House and will be returning soon I hope.

I had a great stay with Preston, his pups, and his friends. His house is beautiful, and the pool has privacy. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate.

Tidy, quiet, easy-to-find location with lots of stuff nearby (stores, restaurants, etc.). Bed was very comfy, and bathroom is so convenient just outside the door. I love that this home is located at the end of the street and surrounded by nature. Preston was super-polite, friendly, and checked on me throughout my stay to see if I needed anything. I felt very comfortable and would definitely stay again. Recommended!

Preston is an excellent host! House is clean, modern and secluded at the end of a street for privacy. The bed! Best sleep I've ever had, honestly THE best! Highly recommend a stay here! The only place I would consider next time I'm back in town.

This stay honestly made my trip a far better experience. Preston was an excellent host. Very personable, welcoming, and genuinely caring throughout the entire stay. You can tell he takes pride in making sure his guests feel comfortable and looked after. The place itself felt warm, peaceful, and thoughtfully prepared with many useful touches around the home that made daily living easy and comfortable. Everything was clean, organized, and well maintained. What stood out most was his nature and hospitality. Guest experience clearly comes first for him, and it shows in the way he communicates and takes care of everything. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit and would confidently recommend his place to my friends and family.
