Quiet hours are between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Smoking/vaping is PROHIBITED inside. If you do smoke outside, please clean up after yourself. If smoking is detected by our cleaners, you be liable to pay a $200 smoke ozone treatment. NO pets are allowed. If you have a service animal please do not let them on the furniture. If pet hair is detected by our cleaners there will be a pet cleaning fee. You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house and/or furniture during your stay. If something breaks or is damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP - it will help us address any issues quickly!
