Historic University Heights is the location of this unique guesthouse adjacent to the host's home with it's own separate entry patio and parking. All the comforts of home including a full kitchenette, washer/dryer, modern walk-in shower, patio with grill, cable tv, wifi, queen bed, linens, hair dryer and iron. Dogs are fine. Sorry no cats. A short walk to many attractions and public transit as described below.

Love everything related to real estate/architecture and the vacation bungalow I created is a great example. I also fix and flip houses and have a real estate license. Went to college at nearby Arizona State University and liked the college town vibe so much I never left. Enjoy working out and line dancing.

This fantastic location is less than two miles from ASU, Tempe Town Lake, Mill Avenue and Tempe Marketplace. A short 5 minute walk from numerous retail stores, grocery, and restaurants including the famous Four Peaks Brewery. Metro light rail at the edge of the neighborhood will transport you to sky Harbor airport and downtown Phoenix (many of the gay bars are on the route). A free city shuttle bus will take you to downtown Tempe. The ******** freeways are 5 minutes away. Tempe and surrounding communities are home to several annual events including the spring and fall arts festival, Rock'n'Roll marathon,Fiesta bowl block party, Iron Man triathlon, Phoenix Open golf, Barrett-Jackson car auction and baseball spring training camps.
