The flat is right between Kreuzberg and Neukölln, located directly above U8 Schönleinstraße station, next to the Turkish food market and the sunny canal. The building is on a main street, but as it is the rear building, it is very quiet.

The 52sqm flat is on the second floor of an old building (Altbau) with high ceilings and wooden floors. It is ideal for a single person, a couple, or even up to three people, as there is a raised level in the living room with a comfortable double mattress. The toilet is very small! Comfortable kitchen for cooking, please keep it vegetarian. Very fast Wi-Fi :)

Payment in full will be made in advance, after signing a standard sublet contract. The ******** (€100) will be returned at the end of the stay after checking that everything is in good condition and no damage has occurred.

Additional cost for each extra person: 10% of the rental price.
