Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friends along for the adventure! While the property is not fully fenced, it's pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members can join in on the fun. Just be sure to keep an eye on them as they explore the surroundings. *Note: two hypoallergenic dogs under 20lbs max.

Location: Nestled on a quiet street adjacent to the Marsh in Wilmington Island, our home offers a peaceful retreat while being a short drive away from the vibrant energy of downtown Savannah.

Parking: No need to worry about parking – our property features a spacious driveway where you can conveniently park up to five cars.

*Note: The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that the space be treated with dignity and respect. Please keep noise to a minimum. Parties and events are not allowed. The property sits in a very quiet residential neighborhood. While there are neighbors on either side of the home, they are very respectful and quiet, so your privacy will be respected throughout your stay. We ask that you do the same for them to maintain harmony.

The neighborhood is in a secluded area of town, but you will still have easy access to Tybee and Downtown - you will enjoy the benefits and convenience of being able to reach anywhere in Savannah in no time!

There are many convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and even a ******** and Kroger within 3 minutes. So you can get all you need for your stay without a fuss! The house is conveniently located in Wilmington Island, which is halfway between Tybee Island (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks.

There is a very nice Kroger grocery store approximately a mile from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 2.5-miles away. We ask that the space, other guests, and our neighbors are treated with dignity and respect. Please respect the home and its rules.
