Private studio suite in luxurious home on tree lined street with a large very private backyard with saltwater pool and spa.

Your suite has a private entrance, bathroom and terrace and brand new queen size bed and comfy pullout couch in the sitting area. Independent and private entrance with digital entry and easy offstreet parking. Full Access to pool, towels, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi.

Clothing optional in all areas. Polite visitors allowed. Great location just north of Miami with easy access to Fort Lauderdale, Haulover nude beach, the Design District, Wynwood and South beach.

Just 30 minutes to Wilton Manors for a night out in Ft Lauderdale and 20 minutes from both MIA and FLL airports and 15 to sobe.

THE SPACE Step through your private patio entrance with electronic locks and you will find your cozy but spacious hideaway. The sitting area with a Samsung Art TV and high speed wifi has a comfy couch that pulls out to a surprisingly comfortable queen sized bed and a large armoire for your clothes along with plenty of storage for suitcases. Around the corner, a brand new queen (medium-firm) bed awaits with wireless charger and a view of the backyard with custom blinds including blackout shades when you want to sleep in. In the morning, the large refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and tea kettle are ready for your enjoyment and the ensuite private bathroom near the entrance for your showers or a rinse in between skinny dips in the pool.

BACKYARD The backyard offers complete privacy for a naked swim on a large enclosed private double lot facing 10 Acres of undeveloped land. At night, you will hear the crickets and the occasional train but otherwise you will forget you are just minutes away from the excitement of the city. We have impact windows so the train doesn’t bother us at all but you will hear it go by. An ideal spot for a refreshing dip or an afternoon lounge between beach trips.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD In the heart of El Portal's Sherwood Forest surrounded by majestic oaks, and peacocks that make their rounds through the neighborhood once a day - you will find a quiet neighborhood for strolls after dinner and still be just minutes from Haulover Beach, South Beach, Wynwood and the Design District.

POOL The large saltwater pool with tanning ledge, spa and LED lighting at night is yours to enjoy. We kindly offer pool and spa heating for $15/day in the winter months. Discounted for visits over 3 Days and we will send you a reminder for this service upon booking. Generally the heat is only needed Nov-March - unless you make the spa a hot tub :)

OPTIONS Traveling with more Friends? The Main House also has a Private Room listed separately, If you book with friends your Suite can optionally be connected to the main house with a large mid-century modern living room, massive outdoor seating area and large modern kitchen.
