All guests must register with Hose and Watercolor and abide by community rules. • Golf Carts and LSV: Our building does not have an accessible charging location. All golf carts must be rented through the community's authorized vendor, quantities are limited. • Parking: 2 reserved spots. Strictly enforced parking ordinances. Please read the parking guidelines provided. • 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college or minor guests. • No parties or events. No smoking. No Pets. • Accessibility: Elevator and stair access. • Safety & Cleaning: The home does have inside noise/crowd-gathering sensors (non-recording) and cameras (Cameras are over the front parking/entry and over the back deck for security).
