Enjoy loft style home with picturesque view of the river bend. Open floor plan is well-suited for 4+ guests. The fully stocked kitchen with upscale appliances makes it easy to prepare home cooked meals. The queen bedded suite has a sitting area and en-suite bath. The compact 2nd bedroom has bunk beds, a built-in desk/work space that also offers a river view from your desk! There is ample closet space as well. All living, dining, kitchen amenities are available for your private use. Owners simply ask that you use all items responsibly and tidy up after yourselves. The front deck offers an incomparable river view. The back yard offers a private patio/pergola with ample seating with fenced yard and garden space.

My private massage studio is available by appointment only. I offer a Kahuna massage experience (Kahuna is a Hawaiian massage technique akin to Lomi Lomi). I use organic coconut oil for this full body massage.

The massage studio may also be converted to a 3rd private sleeping room with a twin futon ($20/night includes bed linens, set of towels and private entrance).

Outside the front door is the bike path for jogging and cycling along the Arkansas River. A nice overlook and bike path are directly in front of the home. Downtown convention center and the BOK Arena are just a mile away! Wide open panoramic views combined with privacy and proximity! It is a clothing optional home. We just ask that you place a towel or sarong beneath you before sitting on furniture.
