A bright, lived-in home with soul. This is my personal apartment, not a short-term rental, so it’s fully set up for real life: a comfortable king-size bed, two full bathrooms, great natural light, fast internet, Nespresso, washer and dryer, and a calm, well-connected location in Condesa.

The space has an eclectic, queer-friendly vibe — creative, warm, and relaxed — ideal for guests who value privacy, aesthetics, and feeling at home rather than staying in something generic. Pet-friendly and thoughtfully equipped, even if the nest is still evolving.

Located on the corner of Quintana Roo and Culiacán, with 24/7 doorman access and easy arrival. A quiet base in one of the most walkable, leafy and culturally rich areas of Mexico City.

Condesa is currently one of the fanciest neighborhoods in the city—tree-lined streets, Art Deco architecture, top restaurants, designer cafés, parks, and an open, inclusive vibe. Very safe, very walkable, and deeply queer-friendly. Ideal if you want culture by day and nightlife by night, without relying on taxis.

To keep the space comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, please note the following: This is a private home, not a party apartment. Treat it with care and respect. No parties or loud gatherings. Quiet hours apply, especially at night. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please be mindful of neighbors and all shared building areas. For stays longer than one week, Wendy—my trusted cleaner—may come for a scheduled mid-stay cleaning. This is always coordinated in advance and fully respects your privacy. Clear communication is appreciated. If anything comes up during your stay, just reach out.
