Please keep shared areas (kitchen, patio, common spaces) clean after use.
No parties allowed.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Please take care of the property and furnishings as if they were your own.
Any issues or concerns should be communicated directly to the host so they can be resolved promptly.
