Great location and a comfortable stay overall. My main suggestion would be clearer communication of house rules and a little more tolerance for honest mistakes, as guests can't be expected to know preferences that aren't communicated upfront. Highly recommend

Victor is an excellent host. Even though I only stayed for one night, I felt very welcome. We had a great conversation and shared a glass of wine, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Víctor is a super host, kind, reliable, and very respectful. His loft is very well located, it's a building with amenities and 24/7 security, the sleeping space is very comfortable for rest. Thank you Víctor, now my new friend in CDMX.
