Away from the hustle and noise of central Brighton,
the Studio is only 20 mins to town and 5 mins walk to Hove Lagoon.
With your own entrance, the Studio has recently been furnished with double bed, TV with Freeview, Netflix etc and great Wi-fi, as well as a sofa futon for that extra bed if needed and a lovely shower in the bathroom.
The kitchenette has fridge + icebox, microwave, kettle, 2-ring induction hob with use of a BBQ.
🚘Off-road, free parking for one car is available on request.
🔑Guest access is via the side entrance to the garden, studio has its own set of keys and entrance.
👋We give you space to enjoy the studio.
We will greet you and make sure you are settled.
We are always available on the phone and you may see us in the garden.

Our Rules
We don’t have many to be honest....
1. Please be respectful of our property,
2. Please be respectful of our neighbours,
3. No Smoking inside the property (it is fine to smoke outside in the garden),
4. It is a 2-person property, so we don’t expect additional guests arriving (unless pre-agreed with ourselves),
5. Serious damage to the property, furnishings, linens or electrical equipment will be charged for.
6. Keep the doors/window open at least for 2 hours a day for ventilation to avoid damage of mould to the studio.
7. For long-term customers we will do an inspection once a week (at a time that will be convenient to you) to make sure the property isn't damaged.
Otherwise, we are pretty relaxed!
