Queen sized bed, 2 large built-in closets, desk, sitting chair, small dining table with chairs, wireless internet service, AT&T U-Verse cable TV, Smart TV with all streaming services, maid service every other week (includes cleaning and changing of bed linens and bath towels), private sitting area out front, and in a great location - half a block from the high end portion of Melrose Avenue and an easy walk or short drive to other restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Parking placard included. No washer/dryer but there is a laundry cleaner / dry cleaner 3 blocks up the street. Every-other week housekeeping fee $40. Approx. 425 sq. ft.

Typically for short term rentals but I welcome (and even prefer) longer term as well - as short as a week to as long as month-to-month with no specific end date.
