The Space 🏡

Welcome to Villa Theo, a fully renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa designed for comfort, space, and quality time together. Everything in the home is brand new, from the interiors to the pool and garden. The house comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and is ideal for families or groups traveling together.

Bedrooms & Bathroom 🛁🛌 Bedroom 1 features a king bed and a bunk bed with pull-out trundle, with an ensuite bathroom including a double vanity and tub/shower. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and a bunk bed with trundle, an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, plus a dedicated work desk and chair. Bedroom 3 includes a king bed. Bedroom 4 includes a queen bed. A third full bathroom with double vanity and shower is conveniently located near the additional bedrooms. Smart TVs are installed in every bedroom, along with two 80-inch TVs in the living room and game room.

Kitchen, Living & Dining 🍳 The open-concept living area includes an oversized sectional sofa, an 80-inch Smart TV, and a large dining table seating up to 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen features a stainless-steel refrigerator with ice maker, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, sandwich press, drip and capsule coffee makers, rice cooker, and complete cookware and dinnerware. A separate breakfast area with a full coffee station provides a relaxed space for morning gatherings.

Game Room (Air-Conditioned) 🎮 The dedicated game room offers air conditioning and includes a pool table, ping-pong, foosball, darts, lounge seating, refrigerator, 80-inch TV, and a table for drinks or games.

Outdoor Oasis 🌴 The outdoor area features a heated pool with basketball hoop and volleyball net, a 6-hole mini golf course, fire-pit lounge, and propane fire table. A covered pergola dining area includes string lighting, a propane BBQ grill, outdoor heater with flame effect, sun loungers, and multiple seating areas. Additional outdoor activities include badminton and pétanque. Beach equipment is provided, including six beach chairs, a cooler box, umbrella, and two foldable loungers.

Parking & House Information 🚗 The driveway accommodates multiple vehicles and a boat trailer. Parking on the grass is not permitted due to the automatic irrigation system. Pool heating is available upon request for $20 per day.

Location Highlights ☀ The home is located in Bradenton’s highly desirable Northwest neighborhood, one of the most sought-after areas in Manatee County. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and upscale, surrounded by tropical nature. Guests can walk to De Soto National Memorial for waterfront trails and sunsets, reach Robinson Preserve within minutes for biking and kayaking, access Warner’s Bayou public boat ramp within five minutes, and arrive at the white-sand beaches of Anna Maria Island in approximately ten minutes.
