The Space: You won't just have a room; you'll have a two-room suite (35 sqm total) for your exclusive use: Private Bedroom (15 sqm): Quiet and cozy for a restful stay. Private Living Room/Office (20 sqm): A bright, spacious area with a dedicated desk—perfect for digital nomads or relaxing between Berlinale screenings. The WG-Life: You’ll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with a chill, 28-year-old queer male professional. The vibe is respectful, clean, and very friendly. We are a 100% LGBTQ+ safe space. The Neighborhood & Location: Located on Rostocker Str. ********, you are in an authentic Berlin neighborhood. Berlinale Access: The U9 and S-Bahn are a short walk away, whisking you to Potsdamer Platz and the festival hubs in minutes. Local Life: Plenty of queer-friendly cafes, the Spree river for walks, and the famous Arminiusmarkthalle are all nearby. Important Details: The "Sport-Etage": We are on the 5th floor with no elevator. It’s a great daily workout, but please consider this if you have very heavy luggage!
