This move in ready condo offers low maintenance and convenient living. Unit 9000 is a two bedroom, two bath condo on the atrium level. The one level living space has been recently painted and has newer (one year old) vinyl plank flooring throughout. Each of the two bedrooms has a spacious walk in closet. Laundry is side by side and easily accessible by both bedrooms. This location within the community is super convenient as it is connected to the community center. Whether it's snowing, raining, or a super hot summer day you can take an indoor walk to the heated indoor saltwater pool, billiard room, gym/exercise room or card room. The community building is also home to businesses like the beauty salon, restaurant, real estate office, bank and dentist! Shopping is close by and abundant.
