A warm and charming studio in Prenzlauer Berg - perfect to experience Berlin in an authentic way. A spacious, quiet space with a lot of personality, ideal for relaxing, working or simply enjoying the city at your leisure.

It's a studio apartment (Einzimmerwohnung), so during your stay you will share the room with me 😊. I sleep in a high bed (Hochbett) and you will have your own space in a comfortable sofa bed, inside the same room.

The place has sitting area, desk, and a very cozy atmosphere to work or just unwind after walking Berlin. (And yes... it's also a creative home: there's always good energy here).

📍 Excellent location: right next to S+U Schönhauser Allee, only 2 minutes walking distance (literally in front). Super easy connection to the whole city thanks to Ringbahn, U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Tram and buses.

Also, all around there is a lot of life: cafes, bars, parks, history, restaurants, bakeries and stores, all within walking distance, for a unique Berlin experience.

✨ Ideal for quiet travelers with a good vibe, the building is quiet and the apartment is connected to the garden.

The apartment is lovely, only 4 mins walk to both SBahn and UBahn stations and from there you're just 25-30 minutes from anywhere in Berlin. Wilmar is a great host, we had a nice evening getting to know each other over a bottle of wine. I definitely recommend and he's welcome in Amsterdam!

The location is perfect, well-connected to the city center and with supermarkets, restaurants, and parks around! Wilmar is a very attentive host with great communication. Even in a completely shared space you feel comfortable — he gives lots of tips about the city, and we ended up having a nice chat over tea or wine. If you're lucky you'll get to hear him play the piano :)

He was a great host. We had good chemistry. We shared and chatted. He showed me the city by bike. A very cool apartment and close to everything. Highly recommended. I hope to return soon.

What a privilege to stay with Wilmar in Berlin! His apartment is right next to the U 2, and you will be able to go everywhere within minutes by hopping on the U-Bahn. He is such a charming and talented artist, and an excellent host. His apartment is as pictured and described on this site. We'd have breakfast in the morning at his kitchen table, and sometimes go to dinner at his favorite Chinese restaurant. He's full of good advice about the city. He might even play on his piano for you!

The apartment is located in a quiet area and is very well accessible by public transport. I felt very comfortable and can highly recommend Wilmar as a host.

I had a really lovely stay at Wilmar's place and can highly recommend it. From check-in to check-out everything worked perfectly. Even though he wasn't home when I arrived, he made the whole process very easy so I could get in without any trouble. His apartment is cozy, welcoming and in a great location. Later we had a nice conversation and he shared some great recommendations. Overall a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.
