A warm and charming studio in Prenzlauer Berg - perfect to experience Berlin in an authentic way.
A spacious, quiet space with a lot of personality, ideal for relaxing, working or simply enjoying the city at your leisure.
It's a studio apartment (Einzimmerwohnung), so during your stay you will share the room with me 😊.
I sleep in a high bed (Hochbett) and you will have your own space in a comfortable sofa bed, inside the same room.
The place has sitting area, desk, and a very cozy atmosphere to work or just unwind after walking Berlin.
(And yes... it's also a creative home: there's always good energy here).
📍 Excellent location: right next to S+U Schönhauser Allee, only 2 minutes walking distance (literally in front).
Super easy connection to the whole city thanks to Ringbahn, U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Tram and buses.
Also, all around there is a lot of life: cafes, bars, parks, history, restaurants, bakeries and stores, all within walking distance, for a unique Berlin experience.
✨ Ideal for quiet travelers with a good vibe, the building is quiet and the apartment is connected to the garden.
