The studio is located on the 1st floor of a small art nouveau house with gay neighbors. It is comfortably furnished with windows to the south and east. The surroundings are almost village-like on the outskirts of Berlin. It is 10 minutes by bike to the Baggersee and 35 minutes by S-Bahn to Alexanderplatz. Pets are welcome.
The apartment is far from the gay scene, but fortunately there is an S-Bahn train every 10 minutes and at weekends it even runs all night.
Excursions to Brandenburg, Friedrichshagen, Müggelsee, the Gardens of the World or the zoo are great.
