This place is gorgeous. It's the perfect writer's retreat for anyone who wants to "get away" while still being in the city. The block is quiet and beautiful. There's no WiFi but that's not a problem as long as you know going in. Yannik is helpful, and the place is clean. I honestly wish I could've stayed longer than 6 days. PS Yannik has an amazing book collection, which is a bonus for me.

Misterb&b shouldn't authorize rentals that don't have Wi-Fi service. It's true that the ad doesn't specify whether this service is available, but at this point in the century, it's taken for granted, just like electricity. I couldn't work from home and had to work from bars with Wi-Fi. Regarding the lack of Wi-Fi, the television is just a decoration. The apartment doesn't have a closet (the only one is filled with the owner's clothes), so during my 10-day stay, my belongings had to stay in my suitcase. It's on the second floor via stairs. The good news: the neighborhood is a little far from downtown Berlin, but nice, and the metro is only three blocks away, allowing you to get around the city. It has excellent hot water 24 hours a day. The decor is tasteful, and the apartment is well-stocked with interesting books.

We had a great stay at Yannik's apartment. He was also very responsive and helpful. The location is also great. Definitely recommended!

Everything went well for my stay at Yannic's place. The flat looks the same as the photos and description on Misterb&b. The location is perfect, the communication with Yannic was easy going.

Lovely flat in a great area. Well-connected to public transport and walking distance from excellent bars and restaurants. Yannik was also very friendly and quick to respond. 10/10 experience!

Yannik's apartment is ideal for a stay for one or two people in Berlin. Spacious, clean, bright, and very comfortable. It has everything you need inside, plus a small balcony, which is very pleasant. The location is excellent, with all amenities nearby: cafés, bakeries, bars, supermarket... I highly recommend it!
