Our 3d stay (and certainly not our last one) at Alex's place was, such as usual, conform to our expectations. It's a very confortable and quiet flat located near to the metro and tram station "Schönhauser Allee", nearby a pleasant mall. We highly recommend this place which has a really good value for money. Our hosts are kind and do everything to make you feel comfortable at home.

Great stay once again. The flat is ideally located (5min by foot far from the metro station & tram) in a very quiet area. It is well furnished, ideal for 2 people. Perfect communication with the owner. We highly recommend and we will come back again.

What a great apartment! It's in a good location, just a four minute walk to the Ubahn and tram. It faces a courtyard rather than the street, so it's quiet. Alan was very prompt in meeting us, and very accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay one more night. I would definitely stay here again. Oh, the best part... it's not up five flights of stairs!
