Occupancy
Maximum two adults. No sofa beds or additional sleeping accommodations.
No Parties or Gatherings
Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted. Any activity that disturbs neighbors or adjacent units is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM per City of West Hollywood regulations. Noise complaints or police visits will result in a minimum 500 dollar disturbance fee plus responsibility for any city fines.
Visitors
You are responsible for anyone you invite onto the property. All visitors must follow these rules.
Access and Security
The unit uses a smart lock. The gate requires a physical key.
Your access code is equivalent to a key. Do not share it. You are responsible for anyone who uses your code.
The smart lock provides low battery warnings. If ignored and the batteries die while you are locked out, you are responsible for all locksmith and access costs.

Pet Disclosure
A dog lives in the home when not occupied. The unit is cleaned before each stay. No refunds for allergy concerns upon arrival.
