House Rules By booking, you agree to the following terms. These rules protect the home and neighbors. This Is a Home This is a private residence, not a hotel or event venue. Please treat it with care and respect. Occupancy Maximum two adults. No sofa beds or additional sleeping accommodations. No Parties or Gatherings Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted. Any activity that disturbs neighbors or adjacent units is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM per City of West Hollywood regulations. Noise complaints or police visits will result in a minimum 500 dollar disturbance fee plus responsibility for any city fines. Visitors You are responsible for anyone you invite onto the property. All visitors must follow these rules. Access and Security The unit uses a smart lock. The gate requires a physical key. Your access code is equivalent to a key. Do not share it. You are responsible for anyone who uses your code. The smart lock provides low battery warnings. If ignored and the batteries die while you are locked out, you are responsible for all locksmith and access costs. Lost gate key 150 dollars Lost or damaged remote 200 dollars Rekeying or reprogramming due to negligence will be charged at full cost. Lockout assistance 100 dollars daytime 200 dollars after hours Locksmith costs are guest responsibility. Cleaning Please dispose of trash, wash dishes, and leave the home in reasonable condition. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use may result in a 200 to 300 dollar fee. Damage If something is broken, things happen. Please disclose any damage before checkout so we are aware. Failure to report damage may result in additional charges. Illegal Activity No illegal activity or illegal substances are permitted on the property. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund. Commercial Use No commercial use, professional photography, filming, or content production without prior written approval. Smoking No smoking inside. 300 dollar remediation fee applies. Pet Disclosure A dog lives in the home when not occupied. The unit is cleaned before each stay. No refunds for allergy concerns upon arrival. Parking and Common Areas Use of the property, parking area, walkways, stairs, and common areas is at your own risk. Host is not liable for injury, vehicle damage, or loss occurring on the premises. Unit Access You give us express permission to enter the unit during any emergency, to do welfare checks when needed as well as repair work when requested. Liability Guests enter and use the property at their own risk. Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. Guests are responsible for securing their own property. Enforcement Violation of house rules may result in additional charges, removal from the property, and reporting through the booking platform.
