🏠 Stay Manual: Casa Das Haus Welcome! To make your experience and that of all our guests an exceptional one, we ask you to read and follow these guidelines for coexistence, safety and care for the environment. 🛡 Security and Registration (Legal Requirement) For Colombian regulations and for your protection: Individual Registration: Each guest must complete their registration before entering. CCTV: We have closed circuit television in common areas and accesses for your peace of mind. Minors: Admission is only allowed with parents or legal guardians duly accredited (Civil Registration/Cédula). We reject and report any form of child sex tourism. Rules of Coexistence and Visits Silence and Respect: Moderate the volume from 22:00. After midnight (24:00), total silence is required in corridors and apartments. Visitors: You must register your additional guests (maximum 2 persons per night). You must always accompany your visitors to the entrance/exit of the building. Access: It is not allowed to open the door of the building remotely from the apartment or to allow domiciliary access to the interior of the building. Smoke Free Zones: Smoking or consumption of psychoactive substances is prohibited throughout the facility. 🌿 Commitment to the Environment Help us take care of our planet: Energy and Water: Turn off lights, air and stove, and turn off the faucets when leaving or when not in use. Waste: Do not throw glass or large boxes down the garbage shut-off. Facade: For aesthetics and building rules, it is not allowed to hang clothes on balconies or terraces. 🧹 Cleaning and Maintenance. Hours: The service is performed between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Frequency: We change linen every 15 days and towels/blankets every 8 nights. If you need extra changes, please consult the additional fee. Staff Access: Das Haus staff may enter for routine work or cleaning every 8 nights, with prior notice. 💳 Key and Damage Management Access Card: Take good care of it. In case of loss or damage, replacement has a cost of $50,000 COP. Responsibility: The reservation holder is responsible for damages to the furniture or property. Valuables: Das Haus is not responsible for money or objects left in the room. We have custody service with the administration if required. 🚫 Strict Prohibitions. Pets are not allowed. No candles or weapons are allowed. No commercial transactions are allowed on the premises. Alcohol consumption is regulated in our common areas. 💡 Your Rights as a Guest Receive timely attention to your requirements. Enter and leave freely 24 hours a day. Receive tourist information and request board games (subject to availability). Find your space clean and in optimal conditions.
