We are centrally located equal distance from Downtown St. Petersburg and the beaches. We offer 2 Bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and shared adjacent private bath. Enjoy private use of your own living room and shared use of the kitchen, family room and covered back patio. My partner and my suite is off the back of the house. My partner Jimmy and I enjoy getting to know my guest and hanging out (naked or otherwise) when we have time.

I am a residential real estate broker and have lived in the area for 21 years Jimmy has live in St Pete 10 years. I can provide a light breakfast, strong coffee and conversation in the morning and a drink on the patio in the evening. Guests are not allowed to have visitors without host permission.
