If you will be arriving from outside the Philippines and would need a bit of help securing a transport arrangement from the airport, let me know ahead of time. We can try and work something out to ensure a hassle-free arrival.
Check-in is at 1400 but late arrivals are ok.
Check-out is at 1200 but late departures can be arranged. If no guests are coming in, we could allow a free late check out for up to two hours. Anything beyond will be charged at ₱200 per hour. If an incoming guest is expected, we are unable to allow late check-out.
The keys to the studio will be handed to you by the security personnel at the lobby when you arrive.
The studio unit is ideal to accommodate 2 guests. Accommodation for 2 additional people to maximize occupancy can be arranged at extra cost.
Please refrain from making any disruptive noise within the vicinity. Whilst sound is minimized from inside your room, it isn't guaranteed that loud noises may not disrupt the peace on the floor.
Local television shows via cable can be made available to you should you need some entertainment during your stay. Let us know ahead of time, so we can make the arrangements accordingly.

If you would like to relax and hangout with a splendid view of the largest lake in the country (Laguna de Bay), the seating areas at the 14th Floor Al Fresco Lounge will be perfect.
A convenience store at the gate of the condo complex should be able to cater to your basic needs. A grocery store is within an approx 400-metre walking distance by turning left upon exiting the condo gate.
Jeepneys are our local mode of transport in the area, a 13-peso ride going south could take you to the Alabang market and you may feel free to walk to Festival Supermall for some shopping.
Alternatively, you may download ride hailing apps on your phone (Grab, InDrive, GSM Taxi for cars; MoveIt, JoyRide, Angkas for motorcycle taxis) if you prefer door-to-door transport.
