Private room in a fully equipped designer apartment on a high floor with panoramic views of Mexico City. Concrete walls, hardwood floors and natural light all day long. The room has a king size bed, desk with ergonomic chair, large closet and private terrace with views. Semi-private bathroom. Access to the 3 common terraces of the apartment, including a lounge with garden, living room, dining room and washing machine. The apartment is shared by me - gay, quiet and respectful of your space. Occasionally we are also accompanied by Uma, my Boston terrier, very friendly and well behaved. Always available if you need local recommendations. 2 minutes from Plaza Rio de Janeiro, 10 minutes walk from Zona Rosa and steps from the best of Roma Norte and Juarez: cafes, restaurants, bars and LGBTQ+ nightlife.

Part bar, part community, part cultural meeting point. A must. Nightlife & clubs SIC (Juárez) - gay electronic music club, one of the best in the city. Blow and Kinky (Zona Rosa) - gay night classics with lots of energy. Dragaret/Discoteca (Roma Sur) - high level drag show and fun party very close to the property. Bars & restaurants Roma Norte, Juárez and Condesa concentrate the densest and most exclusive scene in CDMX: intimate mezcalerías, signature cuisine, cafés with attitude and signature restaurants within walking distance. Welcome to a space of mutual respect. These are the basic rules for everyone to be comfortable: Schedules Check-in: 3:00 pm - Check-out: 11:00 am - Minimum stay: 2 nights. Please indicate your approximate arrival time in advance. If you arrive outside the agreed time, please notify us in advance. Guests and visitors Maximum 2 people per reservation. Up to 1 visitor is allowed, always before 10:00 pm and with prior registration. Discretion is requested with visitors in the room. Cohabitation It is a shared home - silence, quiet coexistence and respect for each other's space are valued. Quiet indoors after midnight. No parties or events are allowed. Please keep common areas tidy. The space Do not move or relocate furniture or decorations. Special care with terraces. Report any damage immediately. Smoking is permitted on the designated terrace only. Uma 🐾 Occasionally at home is Uma, a friendly and well-behaved boston terrier. If you have allergies or discomfort with dogs, please indicate this when booking. Do not feed her without permission of the host. Security Do not share the code or access to the building with third parties. Always lock the front door.
