Our Victorian conversion flat is situated just steps away from colourful Lark Lane and 150m to the gates of the lovely green space of Sefton Park and its Palm House. The lower ground room which catches the sunlight offers a peaceful space for a visit. There is a king-size bed, private shower room, kettle, toaster and fridge for your convenience. There is also a work station / quiet area for your use. We have fast WI FI and cable television. Enjoy a boiled egg from our own hens, if laying.
