My studio in Minusio offers the perfect blend of simplicity and comfort for travelers looking to explore Locarno and the surrounding lakes. The Space is a bright, well-organized studio apartment designed for a relaxing stay. Suitable for 3 persons.

• Sleeping: A comfortable, classic brass double bed. • Living: A cozy seating area with a sofa and coffee table, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. • Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, stove, and microwave—ideal for preparing your own Mediterranean-inspired meals. • Bathroom: A clean, full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination and beautiful traditional tiling. • Outdoor: Large glass doors lead to a private balcony, letting in plenty of natural light.

Prime Location You couldn't ask for a better starting point: • 5-minute walk to the Minusio Train Station, making arrivals and departures effortless. • 5-minute walk from the lake shore • 10-minute bus ride to the vibrant Locarno City Center, the Piazza Grande, and the lakefront. • Located in a quiet, authentic neighborhood while remaining close to all the action.

Important Details to Note • Internet: To keep your stay focused on the beauty of Ticino, I do not provide Wi-Fi. Most guests find their mobile data providers work perfectly here. • Linens: I provide fresh bed linens for your stay. However, to keep cleaning costs low for my guests, please bring your own towels.

Our host was attentive to our needs. He did everything he could to make our stay easier. We would like to thank him once more. We did not appreciate the decoration (painted pinecones and plastic plants) of the studio. The walls are bare. It was impossible to cool down the studio during this heat wave period. The balcony is not set up and it's really a shame not to be able to enjoy it in the evening. The kitchen equipment is very minimalist and probably inadequate for three guests staying for a week.
