It features 3 beautifully appointed double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms plus a spacious WC, two bedrooms on the bottom garden floor and a master bedroom occupying the top floor. The middle level hosts a bright, open-plan living area with a seamless flow into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a central island and high-end appliances, including a wine fridge. Large openings lead to expansive terraces and multiple sitting areas, inviting guests to relax and reconnect with nature.

Outdoors, Villa Borsa truly comes into its own. Stone-paved pathways wind through landscaped gardens, leading to peaceful corners designed for relaxation. A private salt water infinity pool overlooks the mountains with stunning sea views, offering breathtaking sunset moments. The space is fully air-conditioned and includes a WC, Wi-Fi, and a large TV for added comfort and convenience. In good weather, the gym opens onto a spacious outdoor patio, ideal for yoga and stretching sessions.

However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

Please note: • A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking. • If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply. • An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in ******** directly to the owner upon arrival. • Pets are considered, and if approved, a €150 fee per stay applies.
