Regulations of General Conditions for the Stay in the Department. Welcome. In order to ******** a comfortable and safe stay, we ask you to respect the following conditions: 1. Occupancy * The apartment is for 3 persons (maximum 4) registered in the reservation. * Additional people are not allowed to stay overnight. Respect and coexistence * Maintain a moderate volume in music, television or conversations, especially from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. * Respect the tranquility of the apartment. 3. Cleanliness and care * Keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. * Garbage must be placed in the assigned places. * Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately to the host. 4. Use of facilities * The guest agrees to use the furniture, appliances and utilities (water, electricity, gas) responsibly. * It is forbidden to move furniture or make modifications. 5. Security * Try to close doors and windows when leaving the apartment (the bathroom window may remain open). * Do not share keys or wifi access codes with third parties. * It is forbidden to smoke inside the building and to use lighted candles or devices that represent a fire risk. The smoking area will be the interior patio, making sure to close the door and windows. 6. Visits * Visitors are allowed during daylight hours but may not stay overnight. 7. Pets * Pets are not allowed, unless they are service animals. 8. Responsibility * The guest will be responsible for any damage caused during their stay. * Failure to comply with these rules may be cause for immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
