Hello, Daydreamer! Please help keep the unit comfortable and respectful for everyone. Treat the condo with care and keep it clean. Only registered guests included in the booking are allowed inside the unit. No visitors. Keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours. Strictly no parties or events. Dispose of all trash at the designated garbage area in Basement 1. Do not leave trash in hallways or common areas. Turn off lights, air-conditioning, and appliances when leaving the unit. No rearranging of furniture or removing items from the unit. Pets are not permitted in the unit. No strong-smell cooking (e.g., foods that leave heavy odors in the unit). No eating or drinking on the bed. No smoking / vaping. Report any damages or concerns immediately. Damages, lost keys, or violations of building policies may result in corresponding charges. Strictly no illegal activities. One dedicated parking slot is included with your booking (provided by the unit owner) Smoking / Vaping is not allowed inside the unit or within building premises. Swimming Pool (Guests): Available Monday–Wednesday only. Register at the lobby concierge. and pay Php 200 per head guest fee. Wristband must be worn while using the pool. Gym: Membership-based; exclusive to unit owners, tenants, and registered occupants. Laundry Station: Available within the building for guest use, subject to building operating hours and fees.
