Apartment at Acacia Place complex comes equipped with all the essentials. Perfectly balanced between the YARA RIVER, the CBD, and parties in the TRENDY suburbs in the inner city!
* 2 chic CAFE right on-site! (Kittyburns reopening soon). 2mins downstream is Nandos
* WELLNESS Heaven: Pool, Gym, and Heated Spa—Great even for WINTER! Hit the sauna, brave the cold plunge, steamy spa (get steamy! personally it’s awesome when the weather is cold) and repeat!
* TRAM at your doorstep: Only 15 mins to the CBD, Fitzroy, Collingwood, and Hawthorn for those trendy walks!
* COLES for the essentials: Directly opposite is Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre, Fitness First, Open Pickle Ball, Foodcourt, more Cafes etc.
* CITY Vibe: Private corner balcony, some view to city
