The guest bedroom features a comfortable full-size bed and a television equipped with Roku for streaming. Guests are also welcome to connect their own device or USB drive if preferred. The room includes a ceiling fan, and air conditioning is maintained at a comfortable temperature.
A dedicated guest bathroom is located directly across the hall. It is fully separate from the primary bedroom and en suite, ensuring privacy and minimal disturbance.
Hot tub access is available upon request—just let me know in advance, and I’ll make sure it’s ready for your stay.
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Guests who wish to smoke are welcome to do so outdoors; please dispose of any waste properly.
Please note that one cat lives in the home. While he is typically shy and unlikely to interact with guests, those with allergies should be aware that pet allergens may be present. You may occasionally see him near his food or litter area.
