A cozy vacation retreat with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Central to many popular Northern Michigan attractions and activities. Ideal for friends going on Northern Michigan adventures.
Located just two minutes away from The Highlands and Nubs Nob ski/golf resorts, and only ten minutes away from the beautiful downtown shopping districts of both Harbor Springs and Petoskey, this charming Northern Michigan getaway is fully stocked for your vacation! This home away from home is fully outfitted to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We have also taken great care to ensure that it is one of the cleanest and tidiest homes available to you. The space Our home sleeps up to twelve guests, but is most comfortable with smaller groups if you will be spending much time at the house. It features four bedrooms (with three queen beds and one full). Basement level master is an en-suite with a 3/4 bath. Additionally, there is a full and a 1/2 bathroom on the main upstairs level. Dining room, fully equipped kitchen, free laundry and living room with 70” TV upstairs. Recreation space and living room downstairs featuring an additional entertainment area with a 70” TV, board game collection, two additional dining tables, two twin beds, and two twin air mattresses (plus linens) if needed. The driveway can accomodate up to 5 vehicles, but less vehicles are preferred. The backyard space includes a picnic table and a fire pit with outdoor chairs.
Guest access Guests will have access to all spaces on the property except for the locked owner closet (mechanical room) downstairs.

There are a few local bars that are LGBTQ+ "friendly" like High Five in downtown Petoskey, but there are not a ton of exclusively LGBTQ+ venues in the area. The closest proper gay bar (Sidetraxx) is in Traverse City; the area is worth the drive if looking to make a day trip out of it. Other restaurants and bars that would be of interest are: Small Batch at the Coupola in Harbor Springs, Palette Bistro, The Back Lot and City Park Grill in Petoskey, Leggs Inn in Cross Village, and Cafe Sante in Boyne City. The house is also located just 1/4 mile from a great restaurant called Teddy Griffins.
We are centrally located to many beaches, recreation areas, state parks, hiking/mountain bike trails (North Country Trail), and vineyards/wine tours.
Mackinaw Island is another "must see", and don't forget to pick up some local fudge from any one of the multipla amazing fudge shops (Murdick's and Kilwins are the best. Shhh! It's a secret.).

Firstly, it is your vacation. Enjoy yourself! Have the experience you want, but please, we just ask that you respect our space so that we can continue to offer a cozy, safe spot for all of our LGBT+ friends. Our guest guidebook on the kitchen counter details all the information about the house and our expectations. There are only a couple things we ask of you before your departure (like starting the dishwasher and stripping the beds).
