We live on the property and love sharing our neighborhood — best nights at each bar, which events to catch, the best brunch before hitting Sunset Beach. Just ask when you book.
Fully furnished 1BR/1BA ADU (~700 sq ft) in the heart of St. Pete's LGBTQ+ neighborhood. Sage green walls, light wood floors, open-concept layout. Plenty of natural light, stylish without being fussy — it's a place you'll want to come back to.
King bed, dual nightstands, ceiling fan, custom built-in closet with ample storage. Open great room with navy sofa, wall-mounted TV, dedicated workspace, full kitchen with island seating, and dining table for four. Dishwasher, Keurig with a selection of coffee and tea, full cookware. Walk-in shower, modern vanity. Beach towels provided. Private deck shaded by a gorgeous mature oak — perfect for morning coffee or a nightcap. Hot tub on property, clothing optional.
Bold teal door, off-street parking right outside, electronic keypad entry — no fumbling for keys at 2 AM. Upper floor — 19 steps. Not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
