House Rules & Important Information We want you to have a great and relaxing stay. Please review and respect the following house rules: Pool & Spa Heating Pool and spa heating are available upon request for an additional fee: Pool + Spa: $100 per day Pool only: $60 per day Spa only: $40 per day The spa heats up to 104°F in approximately 20 minutes. The pool heats up to 85°F in approximately 3 hours. Advance notice is required for heating requests. Quiet Hours & Noise Policy Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with city regulations. During this time, outdoor noise is not permitted, and indoor noise must be kept at a very low level. To ensure compliance, the property is equipped with NoiseAware devices that monitor noise levels only (no audio recording). Any excessive noise or disturbance may result in warnings, fines, or cancellation of the reservation without refund. Guests & Occupanc The home accommodates up to 7 overnight guests, which is the maximum sleeping capacity. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Daytime visitors are allowed for small gatherings (such as birthdays or get-togethers), as long as they are respectful of the property and neighbors. All visitors must leave the property at 00:00 AM. Unauthorized overnight guests or exceeding the occupancy limit may result in additional charges or termination of the stay. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, including electronic cigarettes. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. The home is equipped with advanced smoke detectors. Triggering the alarm may result in fines up to $1000 and possible emergency service charges. ******** A $300 ******** is required. The property will be inspected after checkout. If no damage or rule violations are found, the ******** will be fully refunded.
