Hi! We’re a couple living in Paris - Nation area (12th arr.), location is great: there’s a bakery right downstairs and nice restaurants within a two-minute walk. The apartment is 45m2, and we’re offering the sofa bed in our living room (it opens into a queen-size bed). We have Wi-Fi, coffee machine, and a big TV with Netflix. There’s also a table if you need to eat or get some work done. Very comfortable for transport, including the RER to the airport.

In a ~4 minutes walk from the apartment you can reach Nation station, from which you can directly go to:

Dan and Clement were lovely hosts, even inviting me to join them for dinner on my first evening and making me coffee in the morning. The space was very comfortable despite the heatwave in Paris. I have no hesitation to recommend it! Merci beaucoup !
