Hi! We’re a couple living in Paris - Nation area (12th arr.), location is great: there’s a bakery right downstairs and nice restaurants within a two-minute walk.
The apartment is 45m2, and we’re offering the sofa bed in our living room (it opens into a queen-size bed). We have Wi-Fi, coffee machine, and a big TV with Netflix. There’s also a table if you need to eat or get some work done. Very comfortable for transport, including the RER to the airport.
In a ~4 minutes walk from the apartment you can reach Nation station, from which you can directly go to:

• Bastille: 5m (M1)/(M8)
• Marais: 9m (M1)
