RULES & GUIDELINES
• Strictly NO parties, events, gatherings, or unauthorized visitors at any time. Only registered and authorized guests are permitted on the property.
• The home accommodates up to 4 guests. Additional guests may be approved in advance for a fee of $25 per person, per stay. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund or additional fees.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbors and the surrounding community.
• No smoking inside the home under any circumstances. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, or any other smoking devices. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas on the screened in patio or in the parking lot or inside your vehicle. No Smoking by the Front door. Evidence of indoor smoking or smoking in non permitted areas will result in additional cleaning and deodorizing fees.
• Please help us maintain the home by placing dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher before departure.
• Gather used towels and place them inside the washing machine prior to checkout.
• Please remove all trash and place it in the designated dumpster or trash compactors before leaving there are 2 on the premises. One close by the unit & one in the front by the leasing office.
• Please refrain from visiting the leasing office, the pool & the gym these amenities are not offered to guest for liability reasons.
• Free Parking on a first come first serve basis. Parking is not assigned. No parking on the grass, sidewalks, or blocking neighboring vehicles.
• Please treat the home with care and report any damages or issues immediately during your stay.
• No illegal activity, weapons, or disruptive behavior is permitted on the property.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved in advance with a pet fee of $75. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.
• For energy efficiency, please set the thermostat to 72°F upon departure.
• Check-out time must be respected no later than 11am Sharp unless late check-out has been approved in advance for a fee. 15 minute Grace period before a late check out fee will be applied. Early check in upon availability for a fee. May enter the unit one hour early with approval for free upon vacancy/ availability.
Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges, termination of stay without refund, and/or involvement of local authorities if necessary.
