Welcome to Olivier & Nicolas! Discover our fully renovated 2026 apartment, a safe place nestled in the heart of the Marais, Paris' historic and vibrant gay district. Just a stone's throw from the Carreau du Temple, you'll find yourself in a small village, less than 10 minutes' walk from the bars, clubs and landmarks of Paris' LGBTQ+ scene.
Located on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a typical building, this bright refuge offers calm above the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood. It's our daily workout, but the breathtaking view of the Paris rooftops from the top is the best reward of all! 😉
The apartment comprises :
- a living room: elegant living space with dining area, Smart TV (Netflix, Prime) and a large convertible sofa (true 2-seater sleeping).
- separate bedroom with top-of-the-range Queen Size bed for peaceful nights.
- fully equipped open-plan marble kitchen
- character bathroom in red zellige with walk-in shower.
Convenience: fiber Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and all the necessities (Nespresso coffee, shower care...).

- smoking: the apartment is an entirely non-smoking area (even at the window!).
