1. Respect for the premises and the neighborhood Villa Kenza is located in a quiet family environment. Please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors. No excessive noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. (music, shouting, loud television). Unauthorized parties and events are strictly forbidden without prior written consent. 2. Number of guests The maximum capacity is 10 to 12 people (depending on your configuration). No one outside the booking group is allowed to stay overnight or use the premises without authorization. All visitors must be notified to the host. 3. Swimming pool & exterior Swimming pool: open from 9am to 8pm (to avoid night-time accidents and noise). Shower compulsory before swimming. No diving, no glass glasses by the pool, and no swimming after consuming alcohol. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - no babysitters provided. 4. Rooms & common areas All 5 rooms are non-smoking (smoking only on outdoor terraces, ashtrays provided). Please turn off the air conditioning/heating when you leave the room (doors and windows closed). No food or drink in rooms (except water) to avoid insects. 5. Kitchen & equipment Clean the kitchen after each use: dishes put away, work surfaces clean, garbage emptied. Appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine) must be used with care. Report any breakdowns or breakages to the host immediately. 6. Waste & cleanliness Sort waste (normal garbage cans, recyclables, glass) - bins are identified. Do not leave garbage in the garden, swimming pool or in front of the villa. End-of-stay cleaning may or may not be included, depending on your contract, but the villa must be returned in good condition (no damage). 7. Safety & pets Pets: not allowed without prior agreement (please indicate breed and size). A surcharge may apply. Do not leave shutters or glass doors open in your absence. The safe (if available) is to be used for valuables - the host declines all responsibility in the event of theft without forced entry. 8. Arrival & departure (check-in / check-out) Arrival: from 3 pm (flexible according to availability). Departure: no later than 11am (unless by special arrangement). Unannounced late departures may result in additional charges. 9. Parking Private parking on site - limited to 2-3 vehicles depending on configuration. Please do not block the road or neighbors' access. 10. Possible penalties (to be adapted according to your contract) Non-respect of neighbors (noise): fine or immediate eviction without reimbursement. Unauthorized party: €500 / MAD5000 penalty.
