There is even a loft with beds as a fun additional sleeping space. Step out onto the deck for some fresh air in the morning or to utilize the grill around dinnertime. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. -Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in forfeiture of deposits, additional cleaning charges, and smoking-related fees. Improper disposal of cigarette butts may also result in additional cleaning charges. -Excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, unauthorized pets or guests, policy violations, or other issues requiring additional labor or remediation may result in additional charges depending on severity.
