The adjacent TV lounge is the kind of space you actually settle into - great for winding down after a long day at the parks. Sliding glass doors connect the interior directly to the private screened pool area, where outdoor seating and a half bathroom off the patio keep the flow easy whether you are swimming, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the Florida evening air.

Sleeping arrangements The home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. On the ground floor, a queen bedroom sits near a full bathroom - ideal for guests who prefer to stay on one level. Upstairs, the king suite includes a private full bathroom and generous room to relax. A second upstairs bedroom offers a queen and twin bed with its own private bathroom, making it a strong fit for families traveling with younger children. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room featuring a twin over full bunk bed, with a shared full bathroom nearby. A dedicated laundry room is also available on the upper level.

Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooking, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and all the cooking basics you need.
