1. Quiet Hours & Neighbor Respect (STRICT RULE): The property is located in a residential building with permanent residents. Absolute respect and silence are required. Parties, gatherings, or loud music of any kind are strictly prohibited.
In compliance with Greek law, Quiet Hours must be strictly observed:
Summer Period (April 1 to Oct 31): 15:00 - 17:30 & 23:00 - 07:00
Winter Period (Nov 1 to March 31): 15:30 - 17:30 & 22:00 - 07:30
Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the booking with no refund and potential law enforcement involvement.
2. Toilet Paper & Pipes: Please DO NOT throw toilet paper, wipes, or sanitary products inside the toilet bowl. The Greek sewage system cannot handle them, and it will cause a severe blockage. Please use the bin provided next to the toilet.
3. Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property unless prior written consent has been granted by the host.
4. Keys & Lock Security: Guests must never leave the keys inside the lock on the back of the door when leaving the apartment. If you lose the keys or lock yourself out with the key inside, the guest will be fully responsible for the locksmith's fee and lock replacement costs.
5. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any guest found smoking indoors will face a severe penalty fee for deep cleaning.
6. Legal Compliance & ID: In compliance with local Greek regulations and tax laws, the passport number/ID and full legal name of the primary guest are mandatory prior to check-in.
7. Guest Capacity: Only the exact number of guests specified in the reservation are allowed to stay. Unregistered guests or overnight visitors are not permitted.
8. Commercial Use: Commercial use of the property (photoshoots, video shoots, or business events) is strictly forbidden without prior written consent and adjusted rates.
