We live here and guests share common areas with us and, at times, other guests or lodgers. Please treat the space with care and respect. ## Smoking and vaping No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property. If smoking takes place indoors, a £150 cleaning and deodorising fee will be charged. Please ask us where smoking is allowed outside. ## Security and keys Please close the main door firmly when entering or leaving. The main door key must be returned to the lockbox whenever you leave the house. Please make sure the lockbox is fully closed and the code is scrambled after use. Do not share keys or codes with anyone. If the main door key is lost or not returned to the lockbox, a £150 key replacement/security fee will be charged. ## LGBTQ+ welcoming home This is a queer household. LGBTQ+ guests and allies are warmly welcome. Discriminatory, homophobic, transphobic, racist, sexist or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. ## Registered guests only Only registered guests named on the booking are allowed in the property. No visitors are permitted at any time, whether during the day or overnight. Please do not invite, bring back or allow anyone else into the property, including friends, dates, delivery contacts, or people met during nights out, events or parties. ## No parties, drugs or sex parties No parties, events, gatherings, loud music or disruptive behaviour. No illegal drugs, drug use or drug-related activity anywhere on the property. Private intimacy between registered guests is your own business, but sex parties, group sexual activity, cruising, or bringing unregistered visitors to the property for sexual activity are not allowed. This is our home, not an event space. Any serious breach of these rules may be reported to the platform and may result in the booking being cancelled in line with platform policy. ## Quiet hours Please keep noise low between 10pm and 8am, especially in hallways, bedrooms and shared areas. ## Shared spaces Kitchen, bathroom and common areas are shared. Please clean up after yourself, wash dishes after use, and leave shared spaces as you found them. ## Kitchen use Light cooking is fine. Please do not leave food, dishes or rubbish out overnight. ## Bathroom use Please be considerate with bathroom time and ventilation. Leave it clean and dry after use. ## Damage or issues Please tell us straight away if something breaks or stops working. We would rather know early than discover it later.
