CCBC Resort is a hop skip and a jump from the house. There are two adult book stores down the street, drag and gay bars close by.. Long story short, there is a lot to do close by so you can tell the host what you’re in the mood for and he can suggest many options,

Kitchen and common spaces should not be used after midnight unless an agreement with the host has been made prior. Smoking is permitted outside only away from any windows or doors. No burning of scented candles, incense, or oil diffusers are not permitted. Please keep outside voices at a minimum after 9 pm. Please check with the host in regards to additional guests during your stay. Please note the host has a small Shih Tzu and a Senegal Parrot.

Wonderful location, property, privacy, and host! Daniel's experience in the hospitality industry showed through in every detail, from my arrival, brief instructions, plenty of towels and bathroom amenities, sunscreen(!), clean and quiet room and connected bathroom, through my stay with conversations and helpful Palm Springs and Cathedral City hints, to an easy departure. Daniel was always available to answer questions. I highly recommend his residence when you're planning a trip to the area.
