You arrive on a quiet road in Gordemo and park your car in the public parking area 🚗. As you step out, you may already hear birdsong, feel the breeze and catch a glimpse of Lake Maggiore in the distance 🌬🌊.

To reach the house, you can choose between two access paths. One is a slightly longer hillside trail of about ******** metres with some steps and a gentler incline 🌿. The other is a shorter option with approximately ******** and seventy steps, a quicker way that feels more uphill 🥾. Either route gives you a short walk through nature that gradually shifts you into a slower rhythm.

At the top, a large rustic wooden gate covered in green edera marks the entrance to the shared property 🚪🌱. There are two houses within this area. One is used privately and the other is your studio retreat 🏡.

A few more steps lead you to the studio. Inside, rustic wooden beams and a cozy layout create an inviting atmosphere ✨. On the left, there is a dining area and a smart television 📺. The kitchen is fully equipped for relaxed meals at home 🍳. Straight ahead, a large window frames a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore and a small balcony lets you step outside to enjoy it with fresh air and a peaceful horizon 🌅.

To the right, a king size bed offers a comfortable space to rest after exploring the area 🛏. The bathroom includes a shower 🚿 and there is a wardrobe near the entrance for your belongings.

Outside, more than ******** square metres of natural forest are available for you to enjoy 🌲. It is an ideal space for peaceful walks, stretching, yoga or quiet time in the hammock 🧘‍♂. Nearby, the pool area offers lounge chairs and a panoramic view of Lake Maggiore for moments of rest under the sun 🌞.
